WHAT IS ROLLOUT UNLOADING SYSTEM?

A small capacity forklift is pushing a platform with rolls under the freight units and pulls the load out from a container or freight space. ROLLOUT machines have been designed to unload containers, trucks and trailers and other freight spaces.

ROLLOUT UNLOADING MACHINE FEATURES

  • ROLLOUT-machines have load bearing rolls und under the unit and rolls also on the deck
  • As a driving force is a small capacity forklift
  • Heavy duty ROLLOUT with steel deck and rolls has a locking system in 4 -6 deck rolls
  • ROLLOUT with POM rolls for sensitive freight units

We have two sizes of ROLLOUT machines

  • ROLLOUT 15 -capacity 15 tons /33 000lbs – Forklift recommendation 5tons (11.000lbs) or more.
    • Machine length 415cm (13ft. 6 in.), width 213cm (7ft)

  • ROLLOUT 8-capacity 8 tons /17.700lbs – Forklift recommendation 3tons (6.600lbs) or more.
    • Machine length 415cm (13ft. 6in.), width 109cm (3ft. 6in.)

EXAMPLES of products to be unloaded

You can unload timber(lumber) bundles, glue beams, plywood bundles, steel and aluminium sheets and beams. With a disposable pallet you can load bags, big bags, boxes, machines, etc.

Advantages of using ROLLOUT Unloading System:


  • Containers can be unloaded anywhere, inside, outside in the yard – where driving distances are the shortest
  • You can unload containers directly to the loading wharf door
  • Using ROLLOUT machine, you can avoid damages to the products and it is a safe and efficient process
  • Unloading speed can be 4 – 5 containers /hour
  • You can unload products which have or do not have runners
  • In ROLLOUT machines we use either steel rolls or POM -rolls
  • ROLLOUT 15 has capacity of 15tons (33.000lb.)
  • The narrow ROLLOUT 8 has capacity of 8tons (7.700lb.)
  • Product length can be up to 6m (20ft.)
